TIPS
Stretching helps lengthen muscles and tendons. Some repetitive tasks, such as typing on a computer or gripping gardening tools, can shorten muscles and leave them tight and painful.
Hours:

Monday–Friday from 7:40am - 6:00 pm
​
What to Bring:
On your first visit, please bring:

Your insurance card(s)

Your physician's prescription
-
A credit card to keep on file (we do not accept AMEX)
-
Comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise (shorts and sneakers for those with leg problems)
-
All appointments are 40-45 minutes.

Completed forms - please download the necessary forms below, complete, and bring with you to your first appointment
