TIPS
Stretching helps lengthen muscles and tendons. Some repetitive tasks, such as typing on a computer or gripping gardening tools, can shorten muscles and leave them tight and painful.
Hours:
We are pleased to provide flexible hours of operation:
Monday–Thursday from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
What to Bring:
On your first visit, please bring:

Your insurance card(s)

Your physician's prescription

A credit card to keep on file (we do not accept AMEX)

Comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise (shorts and sneakers for those with leg problems)

Be prepared to stay approximately one hour for your first visit (we conduct a full evaluation and instruct you on your at-home exercise regimen). Future visits will be approximately 30-60 minutes.
